Finance Officer (Parental Leave Position)

Cohuna District Hospital (CDH) is seeking applications from enthusiastic, self motivated people with excellent time management skills, proven attention to detail and qualifications/experience in a Finance role.  This position is required to cover a 12 month parental leave period.

Reporting directly to and working closely with the Administration and Finance Manager, the successful applicant will be employed on a fixed term basis, 24 hours per week (days and times worked are negotiable). 

Applicants must demonstrate a good understanding of accounting principles, excellent computer skills, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to undergo a national police check.

A background in or interest in further developing an understanding of Human Resource Management is also required. 

 Wages and conditions will be in accordance with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement (2016-2020).

Cohuna District Hospital is seeking applications from enthusiastic people interested in working within the clinical services department of Cohuna District Hospital and Nursing Home.

Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM)

Cohuna District Hospital (CDH) is seeking applications from enthusiastic registered midwives with dual registration interested in rural midwifery and nursing to work within the clinical services department of Cohuna District Hospital.

The successful applicant/s will work across the facility in all aspects of midwifery including antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal midwifery, and also in all aspects of general nursing in the acute ward, urgent care centre and residential aged care.  An intensive professional development program is available at CDH.

The position can commence immediately for full/part time and casual employment and the successful applicant/s will need to be available to work all shifts across a 7 day working week.
