Our Aim

To help you remain in your own home, whether you are frail, elderly or disabled in any way. Whether you live alone or with family. To give respite and support to carers.

What we Offer

We provide a social day in a small friendly group with activities you can enjoy.
We help you to help yourself by sharing problems and finding solutions.
We help you to maintain your contact with your community and alleviate loneliness and boredom.

We have our own bus with a wheelchair lift; a volunteer driver and an assistant are on board. We drive people to and from the venue and on regular outings. Minimal cost per round trip. Extra for trips and outings.

Any adult living in their own or family home, who is unable to attend larger or more active groups.
Those adults who need help to maintain their independence.
Carers of dependent adults who need respite.
